SSC Examination 2024 Instructions
The detailed instructions for the SSC Examination 2024 have been included in the published SSC Routine 2024 by the education boards. As this routine is uniform across all education boards, the instructions remain consistent. Here are the guidelines:
1. Candidates are required to be seated in the examination hall at least 30 minutes before the exam begins.
2. The exam should be conducted at the designated time mentioned in the question paper.
3. The multiple-choice test will precede the creative/compositional (theory) test, and there will be no break between the two.
4. Candidates must collect their admit cards from their educational institution’s head at least three days before the exam starts.
5. Marks for physical education, health science and sports, and career education will be assigned by educational institutions through continuous assessment, following NCTB guidelines. The respective center will then submit the continuous assessment marks along with practical exam marks online on the board’s website.
6. Candidates should correctly fill in the circle on their OMR answer sheet form with their exam roll number, registration number, subject code, etc., and under no circumstances should the answer sheet be folded.
7. Candidates need to pass the creative/compositional (theoretical), multiple-choice, and practical sections separately.
8. Each candidate is allowed to appear in the examination only for the subject(s) mentioned in the registration form; appearing for a different subject is not permitted.
9. The candidate’s examination (creative/composite (theoretical), multiple choice, and practical) will not be held in their own school/institute, and seats should be arranged through candidate transfers.
10. Candidates are allowed to use a general scientific calculator during the exam.
11. No person or examinee, other than the center secretary, is permitted to bring and use a mobile phone in the examination center.
12. The same attendance sheet should be used for the candidate’s appearance in creative/compositional (theoretical), multiple-choice, and practical tests.
13. Practical tests will be conducted at the respective centers/venues.
14. Applications for re-scrutiny can be submitted online or through SMS within 07 (seven) days of the exam results being published.
